Hi, welcome to my site! I appreciate you taking the time out to learn a little about me.

First and foremost I have to say that I LOVE what I do. Being a real estate agent affords me the opportunity to meet people and create life long relationships on both professional and personal levels. Being of service to others is in my bones and real estate is a fantastic expression of service for me.

I live in Delaware with my lovely wife and two wonderful little boys. We enjoy Delaware very much because of its diversity and central location FamilyPortrait2007Cropped
on the east coast. I moved here in 1987 to attend the University of Delaware where I earned a degree in mechanical engineering and have been here ever since! I have found that my training and work in engineering have helped me enormously in real estate. Both careers require a keen awareness to detail as and feel for numbers and value; I believe I excel in both.

My style of practicing real estate is that of an educator. I believe that an educated client can make the best choices for themselves and their lives. My job is to listen to your needs, set up a strategy for achieving them and provide education and information to assist in achieving those needs and goals. In my experience, a client that is educated makes negotiating the sale or purchase clear and simple.

What I love to do in my spare time is play and teach tennis. I’ve been playing tennis for about 15 years and now enjoy teaching children how to play this wonderful game. What’s great is that not only do the kids learn the game but they also learn a lot about life. Having the opportunity to make a difference with the youngsters is truly a gift. The totally unexpected result I get is that I am learning as much or more about tennis and life from them, as they are from me…amazing!

I put a lot of effort to ensure that each move and home purchase or sale is as smooth and pleasant as possible. Buying or selling a home can be stressful and it is my intention to provide relief of that stress through professionalism and care. Hopefully I will one day have the opportunity to provide service to you.
